13.1 Training Program 

Fleet Feet Sports, is proud to present its 13.1 Training Program. Our fourth 13.1 Training Program will begin February 1st, 2018 at our Kingsport location, and on February 5th at our Johnson City location!

Our 10 week training program consist of two runs a week and 3 self-directed workouts.  

Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is both challenging and achievable. Our program target runners and run/walkers. We have exceptional staff to lead you in your training. Distance, speed work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. If you have a half marathon on your bucket list why not let us help you mark that off!

Johnson City: Mondays at 6:00PM @ Fleet Feet Johnson City

Wednesdays at 5:50PM @ Science Hill High School Track with Johnson City Run Club

Sundays at 8:00AM for long runs @ Fleet Feet Johnson City

 

Kingsport:

Mondays at 6:00PM @ Fleet Feet Kingsport

Thursdays at 6:00PM @ Fleet Feet Kingsport

Saturdays at 7:00AM @ Fleet Feet Kingsport

 

Johnson City:

Mondays at 6:00PM @ Fleet Feet JC

Wednesdays at 6:00PM track work w/Johnson City Run Club(JCRC)

Saturdays at 7:00AM @ Fleet Feet JC
