Looking for a way to stay active during the winter? Ready to take your 5k training to the next level? Do you want to run a Half Marathon and don't know where to start? Registration forms for this program are available online and at the store. You've Come this Far in Your Training--Don't let the Winter Weather Scare You Away!
The Winter Warrior program is for everyone, all ages and all ability levels--beginners and seasoned veterans, recreational exercisers and fitness fanatics. We just want YOU! There is only one rule: NO WHINING!
WW kicks off Monday, December, 14th at Fleet Feet Kingsport and concludes Saturday, January 30th at Fleet Feet Kingsport. Register in the store, join us at any Fleet Feet Sports workout, accrue points,meet people, and have fun and fight off the winter blues!
WHAT DOES THE WINTER WARRIOR PROGRAM INCLUDE?
The WW Program is based on the amount of points accrued by participating in workouts and events . At the conclusion, the male and female with the most points will be deemed THE WINTER WARRIOR!
HOW DO YOU JOIN THE WINTER WARRIOR PROGRAM?
Complete the registration forms.
Mondays at 6PM – Reflective Night Runs (could be anything from running in near by neighborhoods to speed work at the track)
Thursdays at 6PM – FUNctional Fitness at Crossfit Kingsport to target those muscle groups that could use a little extra attention.
Saturdays at 8AM - This is our distance run. Runners can go longer if they choose. The course will be provided Saturday Morning.
