Fleet Feet Sports, is proud to present its 13.1 Training Program. Our third 13.1 Training Program will begin Spring 2017.
Our 13 week training program consist of two coach lead runs a week and 3 self-directed workouts.
Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is both challenging and achievable. Our program target runners and run/walkers. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speed work, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. If you have a half marathon on your bucket list why not let us help you mark that off!
