2015 Training Calendar

Ready to walk or run with Fleet Feet Sports? Below you will find our 2015 Training Calendar.


February 2015:

Half Marathon Training Program:Fleet Feet Sports, is proud to present its Spring Half Marathon Training program. We will begin our spring Half Marathon Training February 3, 2015. Our 12 week training consist of two coach lead runs a week and one run for you to do on your own. The runs will be held Monday and Thursday nights starting at 6:00 pm. No cost for this program!!

5K Training Program: Fleet Feet Sports Training 5K is a 10-week program for runners and run/walkers who are already running 3 miles and want to increase their base and speed. We will kick this program off February 23, 2015. Cost is $100 per person and $175 for a family of 2. 

NO BOUNDARIES Beginner 5k Training Program: It is a 10  week conditioning program, whether walking or running is the preferred sport.  No Boundaries is open to all levels of walkers, runners, and interval training.  During the 10 weeks we will focus on the dynamics of walking and running, proper form, and educating our participants on how to manage and conserve energy during the workout to finish strong ad keep risk of injuries down.  No experience necessary. This program will start February 23, 2015. Cost is $100 per person and $175 for a family of 2. 

May 2015:

Next Steps 8k Training Program: First time running the Crazy 8's? Want to beat your time? Just finished our No Boundaries program? Or just looking for a great, fun, family event? Fleet Feet Kingsport has the training plan for you! Next Steps - 8 weeks to an 8k kicks off May 2015. Cost is $85 a person or $150 for a family (up to 2 immediate members)

August 2015:

Half Marathon Training Program: Our Fall Half Marathon Training program will lead you right into the Haunted Half Marathon.  We will begin our Fall Half Marathon Training in mid August. Our 12 week training consist of two coach lead runs a week and one run for you to do on your own. The runs will be held Monday and Thursday nights starting at 6:00 pm. 

September 2015:

December 2015:

Winter Warrior Training Program:  Looking for a way to stay active during the winter? Ready to take your 5k training to the next level? Do you want to run a Half Marathon and don't know where to start? Registration forms for this program are available at the store. You've Come this Far in Your Training--Don't let the Winter Weather Scare You Away!
