Next Steps 8k
With our 8 Weeks to 8K Program, you will be well on your way to running your first 8K. Take the Next Step in your training and let us train you to run farther and faster. The Next Steps running program will take you beyond the 5K distance and on to the 8K. The program is perfect for the No Boundaries graduate, the half-marathon hopeful who wants a little extra training before tackling that distance or anyone who wants to train for an 8K.
This organized training class offers coaching, 2 organized weekly workouts: Tuesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 6pm; a specific training schedule aimed at a goal event; weekly communication and motivation; special clinics, a special product package, and more.
