Program Start: June 12, 2017
Program Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00PM.
Kingsport's Fun Fest
Program Fee: $60 for individual. Family cost is $25 for each additional person (children under 18 FREE).
Description: Join our walking only training program! WalkFIT is a 5-week walking only program designed specifically for those who want to take their first steps toward a more healthy, active lifestyle.
WalkFIT is an excellent choice if you are new to exercise. No previous exercise experience is required. Regular exercise boosts energy, improves mood, reduces stress, improves sleep, improves flexibility and balance, increases bone mass and muscle mass, improves circulation, helps with weight management, and reduces risks of chronic disease. If you're ready to reap the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle, WalkFIT is for you!
Participants Receive: 5 week training plan, supportive and encouraging coaches, two weekly coached practices, information sessions about nutrition, stretching, where to walk, and proper gear, weekly motivational and educational emails, instant friends and great camaraderie.
Program Start: September 18, 2017
Program Schedule: Monday's, Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:00 pm
Chase the Turkey and Turkey Trot
Program Fee: $100 excluding race fee
Description: No Boundaries 5K (3.1 miles) training program is a 10 week conditioning program, whether walking or running is the preferred sport. No Boundaries is open to all levels of walkers & runners. During the 10 weeks we will focus on the dynamics of walking and running, proper form, and educating our participants on how to manage and conserve energy during the workout to finish strong ad keep risk of injuries down. No experience necessary.
Program Start: May 15, 2017
Program Fee: $80 Individual (excluding race fee). Family cost is $20 for each additional person (children under 18 FREE).
Description: It's Crazy 8's Road Race time again! First time running the Crazy 8's? Want to beat your time? Just finished our No Boundaries program? Or just looking for a great, fun, family event? Fleet Feet Kingsport has the training plan for you!
Program Start: TBD
Program Schedule: Tuesdays at 6:00pm and Saturday's at 8:00 am in Johnson City. Monday's and Thursday's 6:00pm in Kingsport.
Haunted Half Marathon
Program Fee: Free
Description: Join the tens of thousands of people who challenge themselves every year to the fastest growing distance race in the country – the half marathon. This terrific 13.1 mile distance is both challenging and achievable. Our program targets runners and run/walkers. We have an exceptional coaching staff to lead you in your training. Pace groups, speedwork, and specific training plans will enable anyone who can currently run 5 miles to finish their first half marathon or improve over previous performances. If you have a half marathon on your bucket list why not let us help you mark that off?!

Program Fee: ex: $100 excluding race fee
