Join the movement! Fleet Feet Sports Kingsport offers many training programs to meet you at your current fitness level and take you to the next level.

If you're just starting out and you're not sure where to begin, or if you run casually and want some extra guidance, then No Boundaries is the program for you. No Boundaries is our 10-week couch to 5k program with different groups to meet the needs of everyone, from the absolute beginner to the casual jogger.

If you've run a few 5k's and aren't sure how to progress, then our Next Steps 8k training program is for you. This 8-week program will help you build endurance to bridge the gap between the 5k and 8k distance.

If you can run 5 miles easily and are looking for a new challenge, then our Half Marathon Training program is perfect to help you reach that 13.1 mile goal. It may sound like a daunting task, but the feeling of achievement after running your first half marathon is like no other.
