Lindsey joined our team in February 2017. Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, she is finding her new home in Johnson City to be quite the adventure. Lindsey graduated from Western Carolina University in May of 2015 with a B.S in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She loves being outside, paddle boarding, running and mountain biking. Lindsey and her husband Kevin, have two children by the name of Paisley and Parker. Parker and Paisley have 8 legs together.
Shane joined the Fleet Feet family in 2014. She is a 2014 graduate of Northeast State with an Associates Degree in Science. She is currently continuing her education at East Tennessee State University and will be graduating with her Bachelors in Social Work. Shane enjoys being active in our running programs and in her everyday life. She is currently training for a half marathon, stop by and see her!
Matthew joined Fleet Feet Johnson City in August of 2017. Matthew ran Cross Country and Track and Field at East Tennessee State University. He is now working towards his Masters in Coaching. When Matthew isn't at Fleet Feet Johnson City, he can be found working as a Volunteer Coach for ETSU, or can most likely be found walking his cat, Nigel on a leash. Matthew loves to find new running paths, plan training programs, hike, bike, and paddle through the rivers.
Amber joined the Fleet Feet family in 2009. She is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in Exercise Science. She enjoys pretty much anything outdoors but her favorites are fly fishing, running, mountain biking, SUP boarding and hiking.
Daniel joined the Fleet Feet Kingsport in April 2017. He currently runs Cross Country and Track and Field for Volunteer High School, where he is a Senior. In the Fall, Daniel will run Cross Country for Tennessee Wesleyan University, on an athletic scholarship. Daniel always has a smile on his face, and loves to meet new people. In Daniels spare time he also loves to knit and play the piano.
Julia started working for Fleet Feet Johnson City in August of 2017. Julia is a Senior at Science Hill High School. Julia plans to attend Samford University next Fall, and continue her Pole Vaulting career! When you don't find Julia at work, she is most likely out and about acting super goofy with friends and family. Julia loves to show off her crafty-ness in store. She also refers to herself as a "Professional Underwater Basket Weaver."
Abby joined Fleet Feet Johnson City in August of 2017. She currently is a Pre-Pharmacy major at ETSU. In her spare time from working, she enjoys to study, cook, and clean. Don't let this fool you... Abby is not the "granny" she seems to be. Come by and see Abby. She most likely is bound to tell you a funny joke (you may or may not laugh).
Gretchen joined Fleet Feet Kingsport in August of 2017. She is originally from Maryville, TN, but has lived many different places. Gretchen planted her roots in Kingsport, after finishing her degree at ETSU. She has been a part of our running community in the tri-cities for years. Now she is ready to share her passion for running and a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys running and biking with her husband Scott, and spending time with her daughter, Elizabeth and new puppy, Piper. She is always training for different races and triathlons.
Sahara joined us in August of 2017. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, she is still finding her home is Johnson City, TN. Sahara ran Track and Field at Ohio State University for two years, and transferred to ETSU to finish her Track career. Sahara is now a graduate of ETSU, and is planning on attending Law School in the near future. Sahara loves to dance, sing, and crack jokes on everyone she comes in contact with.
Adam joined the Fleet Feet family in 2016 as a Fit Specialist. He currently is a student at Georgetown University and runs track and cross-country for them.
Nick joined Fleet Feet Johnson City in December of 2017. Nick loves running, "picking up the ladies", and most importantly, he loves to meet new running goals. Nick is a Junior at East Tennessee State University. There he runs Cross Country, and Track and Field. Come by and say "hi" to Nick!
